Hills Church Hire and Conditions of use •A Cleaning Fee ($150) Automatically applies for Hirers who leave the building or grounds in an untidy condition. Hirers can access cleaning equipment as needed. •Proof of Hirer’s current public liability insurance cover must be presented to the Hills Church representative, including for private functions. •By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to take all legal liability for all forms of risk for your event including, but not limited to, all aspects of physical, mental and spiritual harm and safety. •Individuals who hire the church for private functions are liable for any incident or harm that could occur and should check their own personal house and contents insurance to ensure they have an appropriate level of liability insurance. Hills Church takes no responsibility for incidents of harm that occur at private functions. •Smoking is prohibited inside any building and within or near any building entrance. •No food or drink is permitted in the auditorium without permission. •No alcohol is permitted on the property under any circumstances. •All damage to property and equipment must be reported and paid for. •All events and noise must cease by 9pm. •Outside amplification is by special approval only. •Sensible driving in the car park is requested and that all participants leave the premises quietly so as not to disturb our neighbours. •Erection of tents and Marques is by special approval only. •Chairs, tables and other church equipment must not be moved outside of buildings or between buildings without prior permission. •Hills Church is a Christian church and therefore require all programs and events to reflect a good standard of moral behaviour and appropriate language and dress.
